Arizona Animal Wellness Center is now offering remote healthcare services with TeleVet! With the TeleVet mobile app you can easily send virtual consultation requests to us whenever your pet is sick or injured.

To get started, download the TeleVet app on the iTunes or Google Play store and create your personal profile and your pets (pictures encouraged!). When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet’s issue. Upload any pictures or videos, instant message, and talk with us face to face through a video conference call to help get your pet feeling better again. We look forward to talking with you soon.

What to Expect for Your Virtual Visit

Before Your Visit

It’s easy! Download the Televet app on iTunes or Google Play. As soon as you download Televet, please enter in your information and select Arizona Animal Wellness Center as your vet! Then, request a consult with one of our veterinarians. Our team usually responds within 4 hours of the request! You will need to enter in your credit card to start the consult, but you will not be charged until the end of the appointment.

For your comfort, choose a quiet and well-lit space for your virtual appointment. For optimal connectivity, make sure you have a strong wireless or cellular connection.

Phone, Chat, or Video Visit

Phone, chat, and video visits cost a flat fee of $55 for the initial visit and $34 for Recheck/Follow-up visit. 

Virtual visits are available 6 days a week, Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm!
