Welcomed By: Tim and Hazuki
Koko was born Nov 4, 1998 somewhere near San Jose, CA to a mommy and daddy that were Boxer and Lab. Tim found Koko at a little pet shop called Andy's Pet Shop in San Jose, CA in early January of 1999. He loved running around in the backyard as a puppy and especially loved to dig up holes in the dirt. After growing up in CA until he was 20 months old, Koko moved with his daddy to Hawaii. Unknown to Koko at the time, he had to make a long trip in a plane while stuck in a crate and when he landed in Hawaii, his Aloha greeting was to be postponed for a while... he had to be held in quarantine for 4 long months due to Hawaii's strict animal rabies laws. So on Dec 28 of the year 2000, Koko finally got out of lock up and was welcomed to his new home in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. When he was in quarantine he was introduced to his new mommy, Hazuki. Spending almost 8 years in the warm paradise state, he welcomed two sisters into his house when he was almost 5 yrs old and then again when he was 8 yrs old. At the ripe old age of almost 10, Koko moved with the family to Mesa, Arizona... where he is now getting acclimated to his new desert dwellings for the past 18 months. Koko loves to play ball, which he is still active in doing on most mornings. He also loves to sleep under the warm blankets and comforters during the new cold winters. Koko is a good watch dog and loves to guard the house while watching from the stairway. Right now he is enjoying life even if he is on a diet... just need to lose another 5 lbs!!
